Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the Luxe & Loved Vendor Directory — a curated listing platform connecting wedding and event service professionals with prospective clients. By registering as a vendor, submitting a listing, or renewing your membership, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
This Agreement applies to all vendors listed in the Luxe & Loved Vendor Directory. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register or maintain a listing on our platform.
The Luxe & Loved Vendor Directory
Luxe & Loved (ABN: 36 776 906 929) operates solely as an advertising and directory listing platform. We provide a digital space for vendors to promote their services to potential clients. Vendors and clients deal directly with each other and are solely responsible for any enquiries, bookings, services, payments, contracts or disputes between them. Luxe & Loved is not a party to any transaction or arrangement between a vendor and a client, and inclusion in the Vendor Directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or approval of any vendor, product or service by Luxe & Loved.
While we may review listings for compliance with our platform standards, we do not independently verify vendors or the accuracy of their listings. We do not:
- manage, process, hold, or transfer payments between vendors and clients;
- facilitate, confirm, or guarantee bookings or service engagements;
- guarantee the accuracy of information provided by vendors; or
- mediate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes between vendors and clients.
No Guarantee of Leads or Enquiries
Luxe & Loved is a directory listing service only. We do not guarantee, and make no representation, that your listing will generate any enquiries, leads, bookings, or business of any kind.
The number of enquiries or leads received through a listing will vary depending on many factors outside Luxe & Loved's control, including market demand, seasonal trends, the quality and completeness of a vendor's listing, and the nature of the services offered. No minimum number of leads per month or per membership period is promised or implied.
Membership, Fees & Billing
4.1 Membership Model
Vendor listings on Luxe & Loved operate on a subscription membership basis. Membership fees are charged as a flat monthly or annual rate — Luxe & Loved does not charge commissions, referral fees, or any percentage of bookings or revenue generated through the platform.
4.2 Payment in Advance
All membership fees are payable in advance. Your listing will not go live, and will not remain active, unless your account is in good financial standing. The following payment terms apply:
- Monthly membership: one (1) month payable in advance.
- Annual membership: twelve (12) months payable in advance at a discounted annual rate.
Membership fees are those displayed on the Luxe & Loved website at the time of purchase and may be varied in accordance with clause 4.6. Applications are subject to approval by Luxe & Loved. We may, at our discretion, offer complimentary membership periods, promotional pricing or other incentives from time to time. Where a complimentary period applies, membership fees will not be charged until the complimentary period ends.
4.3 Payment Method Verification
Upon submitting your application, no membership fees or subscription charges will be processed. We may perform a temporary card verification or pre-authorisation through our third-party payment provider to confirm that your payment method is active and capable of accepting charges.
Actual payment processing will only commence if your application is approved and, where applicable, any complimentary membership period has expired. If your application is not approved, no membership fees will be charged. Any temporary pre-authorisation will generally be released by your financial institution in accordance with its usual processes and timeframes.
4.4 Refund Policy
Except where required by Australian Consumer Law, membership fees are non-refundable. No refund will be provided for:
- change of mind, including early cancellation or unused time remaining in a subscription period; or
- lack of enquiries, lack of bookings, or dissatisfaction with the commercial performance of a listing, as these are factors beyond our control.
Where an Annual Membership is cancelled, the listing will remain active until the end of the paid membership period, unless the vendor requests earlier removal of the listing.
Temporary interruptions, maintenance, technical issues, or platform downtime may occur from time to time. Where reasonably practicable, Luxe & Loved will work to restore access within a reasonable period. To the extent permitted by law, Luxe & Loved's liability for any failure in the services is limited to re-supplying the affected services or providing a credit or refund for the affected portion of the subscription period.
4.5 Cancellation Policy
Vendors wishing to cancel their membership must provide written notice to Luxe & Loved at least fourteen (14) days prior to the next billing due date. Written notice may be submitted via email to the Luxe & Loved contact address.
Cancellations received less than fourteen (14) days before the next billing date will result in the following month's fee being charged as scheduled. Your listing will remain active until the end of the paid period, after which it will be removed.
Cancellation prevents future renewals only and does not entitle a vendor to a refund for any current billing period.
4.6 Renewal
Memberships will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless a valid cancellation notice has been received in accordance with clause 4.5. It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure payment details remain current and up to date.
If a payment cannot be processed, Luxe & Loved may suspend or remove the vendor's listing until all outstanding amounts have been paid. Where a vendor's membership lapses due to non-payment, any promotional pricing or Founding Member status may be forfeited in accordance with clause 4.7.
Luxe & Loved may change membership fees from time to time by giving reasonable notice before the next renewal date. Any change to membership fees will take effect from the next renewal date.
4.7 Founding Member Rate
Where a vendor joins under a promotional Founding Member Rate, that rate will remain available for the duration of the vendor's continuous membership.
A Founding Member may switch between Monthly Membership and Annual Membership without losing their Founding Member status, provided their membership remains active and uninterrupted.
Fee increases implemented under clause 4.6 do not apply to vendors who retain an active Founding Member Rate. The Founding Member Rate is personal to the approved vendor account and listing to which it was originally granted. It is not transferable, assignable or capable of being shared with any other person, business, entity or listing, unless otherwise agreed by Luxe & Loved in writing.
Vendor Listing Requirements
5.1 Listing Content
All vendor listings must include the following at the time of submission and must be kept current at all times:
- a written description of no more than 1,200 words accurately describing your business, the services you offer, and the areas you service;
- accurate contact details, including phone number and/or email address;
- accurate social media handles and/or profile links where applicable; and
- a minimum of five (5) high-quality, original photographs representative of your work or services.
5.2 Accuracy and Ongoing Maintenance
Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that all listing content — including descriptions, photographs, contact details, pricing, availability, and service areas — is accurate, complete, current and not misleading.
Luxe & Loved bears no responsibility for errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies in any vendor listing. It is the vendor's obligation to log in to their account and update their listing promptly whenever any details change.
5.3 Content
All photographs and other content submitted must be owned by the vendor or used with appropriate permission. By submitting content to Luxe & Loved, you warrant that you hold the necessary rights to use and share that content, and you grant Luxe & Loved a non-exclusive licence to use the content as described in clause 8 of this Agreement.
Platform Standards & Content Policy
Luxe & Loved maintains a respectful, inclusive, and positive community for all vendors and clients. All listing content, photographs, and any communications conducted through our platform must reflect these values.
Listings are typically published within 2 business days after approval and receipt of payment, however publication timeframes are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to review, delay, reject, edit or refuse publication of any listing that does not comply with this Agreement or the platform standards.
Vendor listings and communications must not:
- reference other businesses, vendors, or competitors in a negative or disparaging manner;
- make derogatory remarks about individuals, couples, families, their personal choices, or ways of living;
- include offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content of any kind;
- contain false, misleading, or deceptive information about your business or services; or
- make unsubstantiated claims about awards, accreditations, or affiliations.
Vendor Obligations & Conduct
As a listed vendor on Luxe & Loved, you agree to:
- maintain a professional standard of communication with all prospective clients who contact you through or as a result of your listing;
- respond to client enquiries within a reasonable time;
- keep your listing up to date, including availability, service offerings, and contact details;
- notify Luxe & Loved promptly if you cease trading, change your business name, or significantly alter your services; and
- comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to the services you provide.
We reserve the right to decline renewal of a membership where we reasonably believe a vendor's conduct may adversely affect the reputation, integrity or operation of the platform.
Payments & Bookings — Vendor and Client Responsibility
Luxe & Loved does not process, facilitate, hold, manage, or take any part in payments or booking arrangements between vendors and clients. All payment and booking arrangements are made directly and privately between the vendor and the client.
Luxe & Loved does not endorse or recommend any specific payment method, booking system, or contract template. Vendors are responsible for their own business practices, client agreements, deposit policies, and payment terms.
Disclaimer of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe & Loved, its directors, employees, agents, and representatives are not liable for any loss, damage, liability, claim, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform or Vendor Directory, including (without limitation):
- the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of any listing information submitted by vendors;
- the quality, reliability, or professionalism of any vendor or their services;
- any financial loss, fraud, or disputes arising between vendors and clients;
- any failure in communication, including unanswered enquiries or miscommunications;
- any errors in listings, social media posts, or other communications resulting from incorrect information supplied by vendors;
- any dispute, disagreement, or legal claim arising between any vendor and any client or prospective client;
- any loss arising from a vendor ceasing to trade, changing their services, or failing to honour a booking;
- the volume, quality, or frequency of any enquiries or leads generated through a listing; or
- comments, reviews, opinions or other content posted by third parties on social media platforms or other online services.
Luxe & Loved is not responsible for, and will not participate in, any dispute resolution process between vendors and clients. All parties agree to resolve disputes directly between themselves.
Modifications to This Agreement
Luxe & Loved may update this Agreement from time to time. Where a change is material, we will give reasonable notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform or maintenance of an active listing after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
Termination
Luxe & Loved may suspend, remove or terminate a listing immediately if:
- the vendor breaches this Agreement;
- the vendor provides false, misleading or unlawful content;
- membership fees remain unpaid; or
- the vendor engages in conduct that may adversely affect the reputation, integrity or operation of the platform.
Luxe & Loved may also decline to renew a membership where it reasonably believes continuing the relationship is not in the best interests of the platform or its users.
Vendors may terminate their membership in accordance with clause 4.5. Any refund entitlement will be determined in accordance with clause 4.4 and applicable law.
Dispute Resolution
This clause applies only to disputes arising between Luxe & Loved and a vendor in connection with this Agreement or the vendor's membership of the Luxe & Loved Vendor Directory. It does not apply to disputes between vendors and their clients, which are solely the responsibility of those parties.
If a dispute arises between Luxe & Loved and a vendor, you agree to first raise your concerns directly with us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue privately before commencing legal proceedings or making public statements that are false, misleading or intended to harm our business. During the dispute resolution process, you agree to behave respectfully, avoid abusive or harassing communication, and act in good faith. We will treat you with the same consideration.

If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, the parties agree to consider mediation or other forms of alternative dispute resolution before commencing litigation, where appropriate.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising between Luxe & Loved and a vendor in connection with this Agreement or the vendor's membership of the Luxe & Loved Vendor Directory are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a vendor, purchasing or renewing a membership, submitting a listing, or continuing to maintain a listing on the Luxe & Loved platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this Vendor Directory Membership Agreement.
Social Media Sharing & Promotion
By submitting a listing to the Luxe & Loved Vendor Directory, you grant Luxe & Loved a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your listing content — including photographs, descriptions, business name, social media handles and other content submitted by you — for promotional purposes across our platforms. This includes the right to reproduce, publish, display, share, repost, crop, resize, edit and adapt that content for use on our website, social media channels, newsletters, advertising and other promotional materials.
As a benefit of active membership, Luxe & Loved may feature, repost or promote vendor content, including posts, stories, reels and other publicly available content, through our social media channels and other marketing mediums. Any such promotion is discretionary and does not constitute a guaranteed service, benefit or obligation.
Luxe & Loved accepts no responsibility for any errors in content published on our social media channels where such errors arise from incorrect or outdated information supplied by the vendor.
