Intellectual Property
All Luxe & Loved website content (text, graphics, logos, design) is our property and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.
By submitting content to our platform (including photos, descriptions, business info, social media handles and other content), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, publish, share, repost, crop, resize, edit, adapt and promote it on our website and social media channels, newsletters, advertising and other promotional materials. You confirm you own or have rights to all content you submit.

This website is provided 'as is'. We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or reliability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe & Loved is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of this website. Acceptable Use Policy
All users of the Luxe & Loved platform — vendors and visitors — must comply with this policy. Luxe & Loved is a welcoming, inclusive, and professional community built around celebrating love and weddings.
You Must Not Post Content That Is:
- False, misleading, or deceptive
- Defamatory, offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory
- Disparaging of other businesses, vendors, or individuals
- Critical or judgmental of others' personal or relationship choices
- In breach of anyone's intellectual property rights
- Spam, unsolicited messages, or harmful code
- Unlawful or facilitating any unlawful activity
You Must Not:
- Impersonate any person or business
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban
- Manipulate listings, search results, or platform visibility
- Collect personal information from other users without consent
- Use bots, scripts, or scrapers without our written permission
- Interfere with or attempt unauthorised access to our platform
Listing Standards
All listings must accurately represent the service offered, contain only content you have the right to use, include accurate contact information, and comply with applicable law. Non-compliant listings may be removed without notice or refund.
Enforcement
We may remove content, edit listings, suspend or terminate accounts, or report unlawful conduct to authorities where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its users or its reputation. Please report violations to hello@luxeandloved.com.au.

Luxe & Loved provides digital advertising space for wedding businesses to promote their services. We are not a retailer, booking agent, or service provider of any kind. We do not sell services or act on behalf of any vendor.
We Do Not Vet Vendors
While we may review listings for compliance with our platform standards, we do not independently verify, screen, accredit, or endorse any vendor. A listing on our platform is not a recommendation or guarantee of quality, reliability, or legitimacy. You are responsible for your own due diligence before entering any agreement or making any payment.
We Do Not Handle Payments or Bookings
All financial and contractual arrangements are made directly and privately between vendors and their clients. We have no involvement in, and take no responsibility for, any payment, booking, or agreement between parties.
Listing Information
All listing content is provided by vendors. We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of any listing. Users rely on listing information at their own risk.
No Guarantee of Leads or Outcomes
We make no guarantee that a listing will generate any enquiries, leads, bookings, or business outcomes. The directory is a promotional tool only.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Luxe & Loved is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on listing content, any transaction between parties, the conduct of any vendor, or any failure to receive enquiries or bookings. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our Advice to Users
Before engaging any vendor: ask detailed questions, use a payment method with appropriate protection, get a written contract for service bookings, and seek independent legal or financial advice where needed.
Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy
Luxe & Loved respects intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same.
Our Intellectual Property
All content created by Luxe & Loved — including website design, logo, branding, written content, and code — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by Australian and international IP laws. You may not use, reproduce, or modify our content without prior written consent. The Luxe & Loved name, logo, and associated marks are our trade marks.
User-Submitted Content
By submitting content to our platform, you confirm that you own all rights to it (or have obtained the necessary permissions), that it does not infringe any third party's IP rights, and that it contains no unlawful or offensive material. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide licence to display, reproduce, publish, share, repost, crop, resize, edit, adapt and promote that content on our website, social media channels, newsletters, advertising and other promotional materials.
Photographs & Image Rights
You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any images you submit — including wedding photos (photographer's permission or licence required) and business photos. This includes obtaining any necessary permissions or licences from photographers or other rights holders. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement or other intellectual property claim arising from content submitted by you, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost or expense arising from your breach of this clause.
Reporting Infringement
If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, contact us at hello@luxeandloved.com.au with: your name and contact details, a description of the work infringed, the URL of the infringing content, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf. We will review the complaint and may remove, restrict access to, or otherwise deal with the content as we consider appropriate. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
Counter-Notices
If your content was removed following an IP complaint and you believe this was in error, contact us with a counter-notice explaining why you have the right to use the content. We will review all counter-notices in good faith and may reinstate the content where appropriate.
Vendor Directory Membership Agreement
Before subscribing to the Membership, you will need to read and agree to the full Vendor Directory Membership Agreement.
This agreement sets out the terms governing your listing on the Luxe & Loved Vendor Directory — including membership fees and billing, listing requirements, platform standards, social media promotion rights, and our disclaimer of liability.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
