How do I find and contact a vendor?

Browse the Directory and filter by category, state, or search by name. Click a vendor's profile to view their full listing, then use the Contact button to send them a direct enquiry. Your enquiry goes straight to the vendor's nominated email.

Do I need an account to enquire?

You can enquire as a guest, but creating a free account lets you save your favourite vendors, track your enquiries, and store your wedding brief all in one place.

How do I save my favourite vendors?

Click the heart icon on any vendor profile to save them. You can view all saved vendors in your account under Saved Vendors.

Are bookings and payments handled through Luxe & Loved?

No — Luxe & Loved is a discovery platform. All bookings, deposits, and payments happen directly between you and the vendor. We simply connect you.

For Vendors

How do I list my business on Luxe & Loved?

Apply via the Join as a Vendor page. All applications are personally reviewed within 48 hours. If approved, your listing goes live and your membership period begins. No payment is charged until your application is approved.

What are the membership tiers?

We offer three tiers — The Listed, The Featured, and The Icon — with increasing levels of portfolio space, listing placement, and social media inclusion. All tiers are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. There are no commissions or referral fees, ever.

Are founding member rates locked in?

Yes. Founding member rates are locked in for the life of your active membership. These rates close when the founding collective is full.

Where do couple enquiries go?

Enquiries are sent directly to your nominated contact email. You can also view and manage all enquiries in your Vendor Dashboard.

Can I add TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to my profile?

Yes. Add your social handles in your profile settings and they will appear on your public listing with clickable links. Only the platforms you add will be shown.

How do I update my profile or change my package?

Log in to your Vendor Dashboard. From there you can edit your profile, manage portfolio images, add services, and update your contact details.

Yes. We feature vendors across all Australian states and territories.
